
Fall Season
The Prince William County Crew Association has begun registration for this year's Fall Crew season which runs from 11 September thru 02 November.
2017 Fall Novice Rowing Program
* No prior rowing experience required *
OBJECTIVE This camp will focus on learning sweep rowing skills with the goal of preparing the rower for more advanced rowing in the fall camp. The coach to rower ratio will be no greater than one coach per ten rowers.
Eligibility: Rising 8th Grade through 12th Grade.
Dates: 11 September thru 2 November 2017
Days: Monday thru Thursday
Time: 4:30 to 6:30 PM (Pick-up needs to happen by 6:30pm)

2017 Fall Developmental Rowing Program
Objective: The camp will focus on refining sweeping and sculling skills, challenging workouts at various distances and stroke ratings. Coaching is designed to provide feedback on technical and physical performance to prepare the athlete for competition at a high level and to maintain a disciplined course on the water. The coach rower ratio will be no greater than one coach per 18 rowers.
Eligibility: This program is for rowers who have completed at least one high school rowing spring season. Rowers who do not have a rowing team at their school will need approval by the Director of Rowing Programs prior to enrolling into the fall developmental program. Dates: 5 September to 3 November (9 Weeks)
Days: Monday through Thursday
Times: 4:00 to 6:00 PM

Eligibility: For students 10th through 12 grade having rowed at least one competitive spring season. Any athlete that does not make the Competitive (A) and (B) boats will be transitioned to the Development Team.
Coxswains Requirements

Coxswain test (including short answer, terms and essay) on Friday, 25 August, 6:00pm at the boathouse
